The basic model is: CDH-C-plug-in sliding car stopper, which is suitable for standard railroad vehicles. The height of the center of the buffer seat from the rail surface is 850mm.

The geometry of the buffer seat and the height of the center distance from the track surface of the vehicle stopper match the geometry of the braked vehicle coupler and the height of the center distance of the track surface. Structure and working principle

Installation method and requirements

CDH-C plug-in sliding block

The technical conditions of the line should meet the engineering standards, and the gauge is 1435 + 6-2;

The stopper should be installed at the last section of the rail at the end of the line, close to the rail joint and without fishtail. The stopper should be at a certain distance from the end of the end of the line. The greater the distance, the better the braking effect.

installation method:

① Put the left and right support arms on the basic rail, and connect them to the support with the support pin.

② Raise the support arm, and place the spring seat, leaf spring and bearing seat in this order on the basic rail under the hoof.

③ Use the brake rail to clamp the shoe block, and also clamp the rail head of the basic rail, and then use three bolts to bring the brake rail on. Note that the two bolts on the outside must pass through the support frame, and the seat should be in the middle of the pressure hole.

④ Use the front and rear crossbeams and the upper and lower inclined beams to connect the four feet under the two arms. The overlapping form is shown in the figure. The middle and four corners of the two inclined beams are pinned. After the initial installation is completed, tighten the bolts.

⑤ The installation of the booster is to place the spring seat, the leaf spring and the bearing in order on the basic rail, and then sandwich it with the two booster brake rails, and also clamp the rail head of the basic rail, and then use two Bolts to tighten the brake rail. The first pair of boosters is 100 mm from the main body frame, and the second pair of boosters is 80 mm from the first pair, parallel to each other, and the error is not more than 2 mm.

⑥ Press each spring plate with a presser: insert the U-shaped pressurized quick insert into the neutral position on both sides of the seat, the head of the pressurizing screw installed on the central nut of the presser is aligned with the pressurizing block, The bottom plate of the pressure rail is hooked on the bottom plate of the basic rail. Tighten it with a nut. Turn the pressure screw with an iron rod about 1.5 meters long and drive the wedge iron between the bearing and the plate spring. The gap between the plate spring and the spring seat is 0.6 ± 0.05 mm.

The car stopper should be restored to its original position in time after being hit. You can take out the wedge iron, push the main body frame and booster back to the original position, and then re-tighten and pressurize according to the above method.

Keep the car stopper in a good working condition and check it sequentially every month to confirm if there is any displacement, deformation and loose screws, and immediately deal with it if there is something abnormal.

Attention should be paid to clear the obstacles on the rail surface in the direction of sliding of the vehicle stopper, and handle the super-high road studs and sleeper bolts.

Apply anti-rust paint to the car stopper every two years.
