Application range of emulsion pumping station

Emulsion pumping station is used in various mining, national defense, tunnel and tunnel operations. Operation and commissioning of pumping stations

Before starting the pump, carefully check whether the oil level of the lubricant meets the requirements, and the oil level should not be lower than the oil level. Check whether the parts and components in each part are damaged or not, and the fasteners, especially the slide lock nuts, should not be loose. Check whether there is any penetration in the connecting pipes and whether the suction and discharge hoses are folded and bent.

Pump before the start, should first carefully check the oil level is in conformity with the provisions, the oil level should not be less than the oil line. Check all parts components without break, fasteners, especially the slide lock nut should not loose. The connecting pipe is penetration, suction, discharge hose is folding and bending die.

After confirming that there is no fault, open the manual unloading valve switch of the box group, loosen the air release plug of the suction chamber, exhaust the air in the suction chamber, and tighten it after the liquid is discharged. Jog the switch of the motor to see if the direction of the rotation arrow of the motor is correct.

Turn off the manual unloading valve switch of the tank before putting it into normal operation.

After the pump is put into operation, please pay attention to the temperature of the tank should not be too high, the oil temperature should be lower than 85 ° C, pay attention to the change of the oil level is not lower than the standard line, the liquid temperature does not exceed 40 ° C.
