3 The center plane of the frame traction device should be symmetrical to the longitudinal center plane of the frame, and its symmetry tolerance should be no greater than 6mm.
4 The connection between the dump wheel components and the carriage should be firm and reliable. After assembly, the hinges should rotate flexibly, and the coaxiality of each set of rotary shaft holes of the frame and the bottom door is not greater than 2mm.

7 Each part is coated with phenolic primer, and the body is top-coated according to the contract requirements. The appearance of the paint is required to be uniform, flat, consistent in color, complete in coverage, and free from defects such as brush marks, peeling, accumulation and blistering. Check the adhesion of the paint film with a grid. The coating does not fall off or partly fall off at the edge of the lattice or at the intersection of the cuts, and the peeling area is not more than 15%. Perform welding repair.
Before installing the minecart, first check the installation position of the minecart, check the track laying, whether the parallelism and flatness of the two rails meet the requirements, and adjust if necessary. The top of the straight track should be at the same level, and the allowable error in the length direction should not exceed 1mm per meter and 3mm per 10m. The allowable error on the corresponding measuring points in the left and right directions does not exceed 2mm.
After carefully checking that there are no problems, according to the installation requirements, ensure that the centerline of the wheelset of the minecart coincides with the centerline of the track.
During the trial operation, observe whether the pair of mine wheels and the track are in conflict, and deal with them in time to prevent damage to the mine cart.
