Main structure of bridge crane

Taking JQ900A gantry type double main beam three-leg bridge erecting machine as an example, it mainly consists of the arm, the first crane trolley, the second crane trolley, the first pillar, the second pillar, the third pillar, hydraulic system, electrical System, diesel generator set and safety protection monitoring system.

JQ900A bridge girder is a simple-supported girder that spans a hole. It is transported by the YL900 girder truck to the rear of the bridging machine. The crane trolley draws the beam, and the position of the box beam is adjusted in the air , The bridge crane uses hydraulically driven tires to travel, and moves vertically through the hole. 32m, 24m, 20m double-line full-hole box girder can be erected, suitable for erection of small curve radius R5500m, erected for large vertical slope 20 ‰, rated lifting capacity 900t.

1.Airframe

The arm is the main bearing beam of the bridge crane. It is a double box beam structure. According to the mechanical conditions of the arm and the finite element analysis calculation, each box beam is designed into a box-deformed section. The total length is 66.0m, and the box beam is 3.0m high, divided into six segments; the center distance between the two main beams is 9m, and the segments are connected by high-strength bolts. Segments can be transported by road or rail after disintegration.

A crane trolley track is laid on the upper cover of the machine arm, and a track for the first pillar support and a hanging wheel is provided on the lower flange plate between the first and second pillars and the bottom of the lower cover. The arm is fixedly connected to the second and third columns by high-strength bolts. The first column can move relative to the arm when it is moved longitudinally, and the beam is hinged to the arm by supporting wheel sets and positioning devices.

The two ends of the arm are connected together by a cross link, and the second and third columns are fixedly connected with the arm by high-strength bolts. When the No. 1 column moves longitudinally, it can move relative to the machine arm, and the beam is fixed and hinged to the machine arm through the node positioning device when the beam is erected. The saddle-shaped cross connection is used for the second and third pillars, which can further increase the rigidity of the lateral connection between the arms. The saddle-shaped structure can ensure the passage of the crane trolley and improve the horizontal integrity of the whole machine.
